How To Use Filters

To begin using filters, go to Dash, then Manage All Jobs.

At the top left, you’ll see a tick box with quick filters such as: standard, static inspections, driver checks, recurring jobs, archive, and requires cost.

On the top right, there’s a drop-down box where you can see all the different filters used within the system.

A commonly used filter by customers is the “Select Status” filter, specifically for “Unassigned Job.”

You can save this filter so that it appears whenever someone logs in, making it easier to assign/unassigned jobs to specific filters.
