To create a static inspection, go to Dash, then select Create Inspection.
Type in the vehicle you want to use (e.g., EV22XXX). The system will automatically pull through the associated customer, any internal notes, and the vehicle registration.
Click Next to proceed.
You’ll then be able to select the Depot, Job Number, Date Due, and Time for the inspection.
After selecting the inspection type (e.g., Minor Check), choose it since it’s a one-off inspection.
Click Next, and the static inspection will be created.
To find the inspection later, go to Dash, then select List Tech Jobs.
You’ll see the one-off inspection listed there, and you can either accept the return or complete the inspection.
