How Recurring Jobs Apprear On Calendar

To check how recurring jobs appear in the calendar:

  1. Go to the top right of the screen and select Calendar.
  2. You’ll see the newly created job for EV22XXX scheduled on the 30th of April.
  3. To check future occurrences, switch to Month View and scroll forward.
  4. For example, you’ll see the next scheduled job on the 25th of June, exactly eight weeks later.

Important notes:

  • These jobs are created automatically—no further admin action is required.
  • By default, the recurrence is set to a strict 8-week interval.
  • If needed, you can disable the strict setting. This allows the job to be moved or adjusted, but the date will change accordingly.
  • The system will continue generating new jobs every 8 weeks from the original start date.
