Our Journey

How It Started
Back in 2020, we were focused on our software Autovolt—an inventory system used by motor factors to manage and sell parts.
Then one day, a customer told us about a workshop that was struggling with clunky inspection software.
They wanted something simple that their technicians could actually enjoy using. So, we rolled up our sleeves, worked closely with them, and that’s how Autocheck was born—a cleaner, easier way to handle HGV inspections digitally.

Workshop Tool to Full Platform
Over the next few years, Autocheck grew steadily in real-world workshops. By 2023, we were ready to take it to market.
We added admin permissions so managers could stay on top of what was happening in the workshop, and integrated with the DVLA to pull in accurate vehicle data—making compliance easier for everyone.

Growing with Our Users
2024 was a big year. We passed 250,000 inspection sheets completed in Autocheck and grew our team with in-house developers and account managers, so we could support customers one-on-one.
We also launched premium features like inventory and hire management, helping busy workshops stay organised and run smoother than ever.
