When a user selects the “Create New Vehicle” button, they are ushered into an intuitive process that simplifies vehicle incorporation into the system. For standard vehicles, the mere entry of the Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) triggers the AutoCheck system to automatically retrieve and populate the vehicle’s details—streamlining the process significantly. The system deftly extracts essential information such as the make, model, and body type, reducing manual data entry and the potential for error.

Exceptions are made for non-standard entries such as trailers or plant machinery, which, due to their unique nature, require manual input of details to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

By cataloguing vehicles in this manner, each becomes an integral part of the system, intrinsically linked to its corresponding customer.
